How to order?
Experience the convenience of shopping online for your Volvo Penta parts. In addition to Volvo Penta parts and accessories, our webshop offers many more items including maintenance tools, DIY tools, Honda aggregates, water pumps and industrial spiral dampers.
We make sure your order is delivered promptly and safely to your home address. You can visit the webshop to buy products or simply find out prices and check stocks.

You can easily select the parts you need and send these to the shopping cart. The system will automatically show you the total ordering amount (including shipping costs). You can then verify your order and make any required changes (e.g. numbers). The third step is to decide whether you want to continue shopping or check out. On receiving payment, your order will be processed and shipped off as soon as we can.
You will always receive an online confirmation. And you will receive an e-mail notification the moment we ship your items, including a tracking number for you to follow your items’ journey. If you decide to pick up your order in Ridderkerk, we will send you an e-mail or text (SMS) message to confirm that your package is ready for collection.
You can select one of the following safe options to pay for your online order:
- pay with iDeal
- pay with credit card
- pay with PayPal
Note: you cannot transfer money from your bank account directly to Mulder Motoren BV
You can have PostNL or DHL deliver your order to your home address, or you can pick up your items in Ridderkerk (Boelewerf 6). Orders are never delivered to PO Box numbers. So please never enter a PO Box number – use physical addresses only.
If we receive your order from Monday thru Friday before 16.00, provided you want the package to be delivered and provided the items concerned are available, then you may expect delivery on the next working day.
Your order will be offered to you by one of our deliverymen.
Your signature is required in order to receive the items.
If you are not at home on the first and second delivery attempt, the deliveryman will leave a note in your letterbox. After two unsuccessful attempts the package will be sent to a nearby DHL or PostNL service point. You will have three weeks to pick up the package. If the package remains uncollected, it will be sent back to Mulder
Mulder Motoren will do whatever it takes to deliver your items in no time. The most common parts are available from stock, which means a 24-hour delivery is guaranteed.
Components and products requiring a special order are usually delivered within about five working days, factory’s subsequent deliveries reserved.
All product prices at the Mulder Motoren webshop are shown both including and exclusive of Dutch VAT, but always exclusive of shipping costs.
The standard in-land shipping costs are € 6.95 for packages up to 30 kg.
Mulder Motoren uses different shipping and/or transaction costs for large, heavy or very fragile components. These shipments are categorised as follows:
- Large and heavy parts: exchange blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts etc.
- Oils and chemicals
- Complete engines, aggregates and water pumps
- Shipments outside theNetherlands
These deviating costs will be clearly communicated and we will ask for your permission during the ordering process or on providing information about these products.
Pickup and payment at the shop
If you decide to pick up your order at our shop or from one of our VPQD partner dealers or VPPS pickup points, then obviously no shipping costs are charged.
Exchange or return products
You have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days from receiving products. The shipment date is stated on the invoice. Returned items will only be accepted provided they are unused and left in the original and undamaged packaging. Exception: electronics or components ordered at the customer’s special request cannot be returned to Mulder Motoren.
Also, one may not write on, add labels to or change the packaging in any way whatsoever.
For return shipments make sure you contact our sales department beforehand to discuss how items can be exchanged or returned.
The return shipping costs are equivalent to the shipping costs you have already paid. This is why you will receive your purchase amount less the shipping costs.
(Partly) cancelled orders
Orders can be cancelled for several reasons:
- The item is no longer available
- The item does not meet the quality requirements
Obviously you will not pay for cancelled orders. If you have already paid, the amount will be transferred back to your account number as soon as possible.
Countries outside the EU
We deliver components to every corner of the world. Outside the EU any import or customs duties will be charged once the order reaches the country of destination. Clients are responsible for these costs, which can be different in each country. The amount is determined by the customs of the country where the order is delivered. For more information about these duties, please contact the customs of your country.
Direct delivery onboard of ships (Global Parts Supply for Commercial Shipping)
Mulder Motoren also delivers components directly onboard. In association with our partners, we also take care of the entire customs procedures. Please inquire after the conditions.
